Enjoy looking for surprises on the beach
The beaches along the Oregon coast are amazing for many reasons. For one thing, they are much less crowded than the beaches in other areas, such as in California. When you rent a hotel room near the beach, you can find a part of the beach where you can enjoy space or people, depending on your preference. The hotels in the area also tend to have designs that are gorgeous and add to the whole trip.
When you venture out of your hotel, be sure to look for glass balls along the beach. There are a lot of glassblowers on the coast and each year many of them will create and then hide blown glass balls at the beach for others to find. People travel from many areas to come and find the glass balls, and they are allowed to take the glass back home with them and use it as decoration or in any other way they choose. The balls come in many sizes and colors, making it even more exciting since each is a unique piece.
There are other great things to see such as beautiful rock formations and a lot of greenery around the area that surrounds the Oregon coast.
